[UIKit] View Lifecycle And The New viewIsAppearing Callback
WWDC 2023 introduced a new UIKit view controller callback: viewIsAppearing. It is the most suitable place to perform tasks that depend on the view’s size or trait collection. Moreover, it can be back-deployed to iOS 13.
